Medshield Medical Scheme – Wealth Management Learnership 2022-2023
The Medshield Medical Scheme is giving out Wealth Management Learnerships for dedicated South African youths who wish to acquire credible working exposure. The Medshield Medical Scheme Wealth Management Learnership is a 12-month proramme that is designed to provide individuals with the necessary working foundation to excel in the future job market. Learners will be subjected to a combination of theoretical assessments as well as practical working experience to help them thrive in the healthcare industry. With the help of supporting mentors, learners can stay aware of their progress and improve on whatever knowledge they have to further succeed in the industry.

The Medshield Medical Scheme Wealth Management Learnership takes place in Randburg, Gauteng. During the programme, learners are placed in any one of these following divisions in the company: Clinical Risk, Operations, and Marketing and New Business Development. The learnership will commence from February 2022 to January 2023. Learners are entitled to a monthly allowance to help support their journey. Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will be entitled to an NQF Level 5 qualification. Application Instructions
