About the Masingita Asset Management Learnership 2026-2027
Masingita Group of Companies is inviting applications for its 12-month Asset Management Learnership Programme. This opportunity is designed for young South Africans who are interested in building a career within the real estate and property management sector.

Participants will gain practical exposure to various aspects of property and shopping centre management while working toward a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate. Upon successful completion, learners will also meet the educational requirements necessary for registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

During the programme, learners will gain experience in the following areas:

• Property operations and day-to-day facility management activities
• Marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns within a shopping centre environment
• Property management practices and asset administration functions.

Programme Duration: 12 Months
Location: Mopani, Vhembe, and Capricorn Districts, Limpopo Province, South Africa

Learnership Requirements

• Have successfully completed Matric (Grade 12)
• Reside within the Mopani, Vhembe, or Capricorn Districts of Limpopo Province
• Demonstrate an interest in property management and the real estate industry.
