The KZN Dept of Health Learnership is a remarkable 24-month opportunity that will expose you to a structured curriculum consisting of both theoretical assessments and practical working experience. With the help of training providers, you can improve your skills based on the progress you have shown throughout the entire programme duration.
The KZN Dept of Health Learnership will be conducted in the areas of Durban or Pietermaritzburg. Interested candidates must anticipate any possible relocation, in which they are responsible for all the costs. During the selection process, potential candidates are subjected to a pre-assessment that is conducted based on the terms established by the Department. Selected learners are required to fully commit 24 months to the training modules and individual assessments conducted by the training providers.
Throughout the entire duration of the KZN Dept of Health Learnership, learners must perform these following responsibilities:

- Identifying all Risks and Controls in a variety of departments
- Documenting received information within the organization

- Has a legitimate Code B (Code 08) Driver’s License (Unendorsed)

- Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
- Puts on an analytical thinking mindset
