About the JLL Digital FM and Technology Apprenticeship 2026
JLL is searching for candidates who would like to receive practical work exposure in the Digital FM and Technology field with their apprenticeship programme. The JLL Digital FM and Technology Apprenticeship enables apprentices to support the day-to-day operation of technology systems, digital platforms, and business applications across the account.

Working closely with the WD Account Technology Lead and the Advisory Insights and Excellence Lead, apprentices assist with user support, perform routine system administration tasks, and contribute to continuous technology improvements. Throughout the program, they also gain practical experience in system performance monitoring, cybersecurity best practices, compliance requirements, and the effective delivery of technology services in a professional workplace environment.

You will be required to fulfill the duties below:

• Support system administration activities by assisting with software installations, updates, and basic system configurations
• Monitor the performance of technology systems and report any issues or irregularities to the appropriate team members
• Maintain the account’s SharePoint environment by keeping content organized, accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
• Develop an understanding of the disaster recovery approach for key account systems and its role in supporting the Business Continuity Plan
• Create, update, and maintain user documentation, including how-to guides, FAQs, and system reference materials
• Assist with user onboarding and deliver basic system guidance to help users adopt technology effectively.
