In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing a friendly, professional, and efficient booking and information service to both care partners and customers.
You will be required to deliver the following outputs:
- Deliver clear and professional information to patients about assessments, pricing, procedures, and centre operations
- Book, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments and send confirmation emails as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients, providers, and brokers regarding booking inquiries and slot availability
- Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries from both patients and healthcare providers
- Conduct enrollment calls for wellness programs and follow up on outstanding patient accounts to ensure timely resolution
- Support Clinical Care Coordinators by managing bookings and coordinating services efficiently.
General Duties as Call Centre Operator
