Implats is a well-recognized producer of platinum group metals (PGMs) based in South Africa. Please be kindly informed that awardees of the Implats (Impala Platinum) Bursaries are expected to work for the company through the full period of their bursary programme. Additionally, you will be asked to participate in obligatory vacation work directly at the company. The vacation work will be conducted at the end of each year throughout your bursary.

- Obtained at least a 60% score (C symbol/Level 5) for English, Science, and Mathematics in your Matric
- Prepared to work under pressure

Applications will be subjected to further evaluation and vetting procedures. Anyone discovered to be falsifying any aspects of their applications will be disqualified immediately.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to participate in a preliminary interview, conducted at the company’s Rustenburg operations in North West Province.

The selection committee has absolute zero tolerance for late applications. Candidates found to be making their submissions past the deadline will not be acknowledged during the registration period.
Announcements will only be made to shortlisted candidates. Should you not hear back from the selection committee within 30 days past the deadline, we regret to inform you that you have not been selected for the programme.
Implats (Impala Platinum) reserves the rights to make an appointment or not during the recruitment process. All decisions made by the selection committee are final.
