About the Hytec YES Learnership 2026-2027
Hytec is finding well-deserved candidates who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills through their comprehensive YES learnership. The Hytec YES Learnership programme invites eligible YES Learners to join the organisation for a 12-month opportunity focused on skills development and practical workplace experience. Throughout the programme, selected candidates will receive structured exposure designed to enhance their competencies and strengthen their professional growth.
The programme seeks individuals to fill roles such as Storemen, Workshop Assistants, Sales personnel, and Administrators. In addition, candidates who hold qualifications in SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) are encouraged to apply. Each role offers hands-on experience within a dynamic working environment, allowing learners to build industry-relevant skills while contributing meaningfully to the organisation.

Eligibility Criteria

The Hytec YES Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Entry Level Qualifications
- Possess a Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent National Certificate as a minimum educational requirement for consideration
- Hold a Matric qualification that demonstrates the successful completion of secondary education
- Be a South African citizen with valid identification documentation
- Be between the ages of 18 and 25 at the time of application
- Come from a previously disadvantaged background in line with programme objectives
- Be currently unemployed and available to commit fully to the 12-month learnership programme
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to effectively perform administrative and workplace tasks
- Be medically fit and able to carry out the duties associated with the assigned role
