About the HP Graduate Programme 2025
HP is on the look out for applicants who are willing to obtain proper opportunity in the work field of their choice through their credible graduate programme. The HP Graduate Programme offers recent graduates an exceptional opportunity to launch their careers in the dynamic world of technology and innovation. Participants will rotate through roles within the Sales division, gaining a comprehensive understanding of strategic operations across the printing and computing markets. As part of the South-Central Africa Commercial Organization, graduates will contribute directly to supporting HP’s customers and partners in growing their businesses through a wide range of offerings—from cutting-edge printing and personal systems products to industry-leading services and tailored solutions.

Throughout the program, participants are encouraged to take charge of their own professional growth by creating a personalized development plan. The program includes structured learning experiences such as leadership and sales training, hands-on stretch assignments, one-on-one coaching, and feedback sessions—all designed to refine both technical knowledge and soft skills. The Graduate Programme begins on 1 October 2024, and this start date is fixed and non-negotiable.
