• Identify and investigate any issues or irregularities affecting the accuracy of the Stock Ledger, and take proactive steps to resolve them promptly
• Ensure all stock movements—whether incoming, outgoing, or internal transfers—are recorded accurately and without delay
• Make sure all production activities from the Service Department are properly logged and updated in the Blue Cube system
• Maintain full stock availability at all times by monitoring inventory levels and addressing any gaps quickly
• Carry out daily receiving checks as part of routine management procedures to verify the accuracy of deliveries and maintain control over stock intake.

General Duties as Stock Clerk

• Inspect incoming shipments by unpacking items, verifying contents against delivery records, and checking for any damage or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory by logging stock data, conducting regular counts, and reporting any inconsistencies
• Arrange merchandise on shelves and displays in an organized and customer-friendly manner for easy access and visibility
• Keep inventory records up to date by entering stock levels and storage locations into databases or tracking systems
