- Demonstrate basic proficiency in using power tools and general maintenance equipment
- Apply intermediate administrative abilities, including managing routine servicing schedules for equipment, overseeing air conditioning updates, and coordinating cleaning services
- Perform maintenance tasks on various air-conditioning systems and extraction units.
General Responsibilities as Handyman
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues related to facility infrastructure and fixtures
- Conduct minor painting, carpentry, and drywall work to maintain building appearance and function
- Maintain and repair doors, windows, ceilings, and flooring as needed
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently
