The Hollard Unemployed Learnership presents an exciting opportunity for South Africa’s youth. Hollard has launched a 12-month Learnership Programme designed to unlock potential, build lasting careers, and empower unemployed young people to succeed in the professional world. This initiative will be available across several key locations, namely Johannesburg (Parktown), Cape Town, Pietermaritzburg, and Pretoria.

- Refrain from studying currently
- Avoid registering for any other learnership programme at this time
- Ensure you have not previously participated in a formal learnership within the insurance industry
- Remain unemployed or limit prior employment in a corporate environment to less than six months
- Demonstrate basic computer literacy (advantageous but not essential).
