As an IT Intern at Hilton Garden Inn Umhlanga Arch, you will play a key role in assisting the IT Department in maintaining high-quality IT services for both the hotel and its guests. Your responsibilities will include providing daily support for internal IT systems and users, minimizing any system downtime. You will be required to document any issues that arise and promptly inform the IT Manager of any problems that need additional attention. Additionally, you will suggest potential system improvements to the IT Manager and collaborate with the Business Center Team to address any IT needs related to guest services.
