About HG Molenaar Technical Apprenticeship 2026
HG Molenaar, in partnership with Sinclair Paarl, is offering a 6-month Technical Apprenticeship Programme designed to provide practical, hands-on training for individuals interested in developing technical skills in a real-world environment.
Location: Paarl, with possible relocation during the programme
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members on technical projects and assignments
- Apply problem-solving skills in practical technical tasks
- Participate in structured mentorship and training sessions
- Ensure neatness and proper care of workspace, tools, and equipment
- Support technical operations under supervision, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Apprenticeship Requirements:
Applicants should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English communication
- A practical and hands-on mindset
- Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of Excel essential
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
- Basic electrical knowledge is advantageous
- Good physical health and readiness for manual work
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
- Commitment to work overtime and travel when required
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver on deadlines
- Strong teamwork skills and reliability
- Professional appearance and attention to workspace and vehicle care.
