About the HG Molenaar Learnership 2021
HG Molenaar is offering a learnership programme for two young individuals who are interested in becoming qualified technicians in their future career paths. The HG Molenaar Learnership is available in East Rand Joburg and Paarl offices, with each opportunity held respectively.
Participants of the learnership will be equipped with the technical knowledge required to maintain and install all components of coding. Furthermore, you will be in charge of labelling equipment and provide the dates on all FMCG goods in the company.

The HG Molenaar Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Basic Requirements
- Possesses at least an N3/Grade 12 qualification (preferably Technical Matric)
- Does not have any prior working experience
- Shows a Technical Background with specialisation in electrics
- Has a technical mindset
- Possesses a driver’s license
- Willing to travel and work afterhours (if required).
2. Personal Competencies
- Able to solve problems well
- Displays impressive communication abilities (written and spoken)
- Has computer literacy (with proper understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel).
