About the Heineken People Internship 2025-2027
Heineken is currently on the search for keen and enthusiastic applicants who would like to obtain practical work exposure within the People department. The Heineken People Internship places the intern in a supporting role within the People team, where they will assist with essential tasks such as coordination, administrative duties, and contributing to the reporting of key learning initiatives implemented across the organization.

The internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience to students in their final year of study who are required to complete workplace training as part of their qualification requirements. The selected candidate will be appointed on an 18-month contractual basis.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

  • Manage budget duties by entering and processing Purchase Orders for the People Team
  • Oversee the full process of learnership programs, including recruitment, contracting, and registration
  • Assist the Learning team with coordinating, administering, and reporting on key learning initiatives across the organization
  • Provide support to People Partners with various people-related initiatives
  • Help organize and coordinate virtual onboarding sessions
  • Offer administrative assistance on projects whenever needed
  • Arrange catering and travel logistics as required
  • Help manage supplier-related vendor processes
  • Plan and administer the logistics of training and learning activities while serving as the main LMS administrator, including closing classes and generating completed learning reports
  • Contribute to aligning learning and skills development efforts with Employment Equity and transformation objectives
  • Check and validate data and reports for accuracy
  • Coordinate grant funding procedures with internal and external stakeholders.
