About the Heineken Apprenticeship 2026
Heineken is currently on the look out for enthusiastic individuals in need of practical work exposure in Supply Chain to join their apprenticeship programme. The Heineken Apprenticeship program is designed for individuals who demonstrate high levels of motivation, dedication, and a strong work ethic. It is best suited for candidates who are reliable, punctual, and driven by a genuine desire to achieve success in their chosen trade.
Heineken invites applications from enthusiastic and committed individuals who wish to join its prestigious Apprenticeship Programme, which is based at the Centre of Excellence Workshop within the Supply Chain division. This program offers participants the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, develop technical expertise, and build a solid foundation for a long-term career in the industry. The successful candidate will form an integral part of the workshop team and will report directly to the Workshop Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and excellence of operations within the department.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Undergo extensive and hands-on training in the Millwright trade with the objective of developing the technical expertise and practical experience required to qualify as a certified Fitter & Turner
- Participate actively and enthusiastically in all components of the structured apprenticeship training program, including theoretical learning, practical workshops, and on-the-job training
- Consistently deliver high-quality work that aligns with company standards, safety guidelines, and industry best practices, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every task performed
- Perform all assigned duties and responsibilities with diligence, discipline, and efficiency, contributing positively to the overall operations of the workshop and the success of the training program.
