About the H&I Construction Survey Learnership 2022-2023
H&I Construction is offering professional a 12-month learnership programme for South African candidates looking to obtain knowledge and practice as Surveyor. The H&I Construction Survey Learnership is a programme that combines both theoretical learning session based in classrooms and practical assessments for on-site learning. You will be put under the supervision of Line Management and perform any tasks required as Surveyor.

As a Surveyor Learner, you will be required to participate in several positions for activities related to construction, such as construction drawings (design information). Additionally, you will be required to perform work away from home, and likes working outdoors in a physical setting.

As a Learner, you will be given a stipend to support your journey. After the programme, you may be entitled to a scholarship to pursue Geomatics in 2023 and possible re-employment, provided that you show progress throughout the learnership.

The H&I Construction Survey Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

• Ready to participate in the training programme from 28 February 2022
• Currently between 18-30 years old
• Officially recognised as a citizen of South Africa
• Officially matriculated in 2021
• Has obtained at least a 60% score for the subjects of pure Mathematics and Physical Science
• Prepared to relocate within the borders of South Africa throughout the 2022 period
• Owns a legitimate South African Driver’s License (Code B) (advantageous)
• Interested in Survey.
