Guy Carpenter is searching for applicants who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the broker and risk adviser department. The Guy Carpenter Learnership is designed for matriculants who are eager to take their first step into the professional world with one of the world’s leading insurance brokers and risk advisers. This programme is ideal for young individuals who are motivated to build a foundation in the insurance and risk management industry while gaining meaningful exposure to a corporate working environment. Applicants must have successfully completed Matric, with Mathematics passed at a minimum of 60%, and demonstrate a strong interest in learning and professional development.

Through this structured 12-month learnership programme, selected candidates are given the opportunity to combine formal learning with practical, on-the-job training.
