Eligibility Criteria

• For Mining and Metallurgical Engineering: A minimum of Level 5 in Mathematics and Physical Science
• Current university students in their second or third year must have attained an average academic mark of 60% or higher
• A comprehensive CV must be submitted, along with either a certified copy of the Grade 12 certificate or the most recent academic transcript (for current university students)
• Preference will be given to candidates who reside within local communities surrounding Glencore Coal Operations in South Africa. Proof of residence must accompany the application
• Applicants receiving sponsorship or support from other organisations or companies will not be considered
