About the Givaudan Supply Chain Learnership 2026
Givaudan is currently offering beneficial theoretical knowledge and practical skills for applicants in need of Supply Chain knowledge with their learnership. The Givaudan Supply Chain Learnership places the successful candidate in a key support role within the Supply Chain department. The program provides hands-on exposure to the complete end-to-end supply chain process while offering valuable practical experience, professional development, and learning opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and Stock Transport Orders (STOs) through SAP
- Track inbound shipments daily and coordinate with shipping and clearing agents, sharing documentation when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping schedules
- Verify that inbound deliveries are received on time and in full, and update the ZGL_ING tracking system accordingly
- Create and manage IM&S purchase orders on behalf of the Supply Chain team when required
- Provide backup support for processing inbound goods receipts and preparing outbound shipping documentation
- Coordinate with outbound transport providers to monitor deliveries using available tracking tools and obtain proof of delivery (POD) records
- Support the Supply Chain team with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed
- Respond to transport vendor enquiries related to freight arrangements and delivery schedules
- Work closely with the Customer Care and Warehouse teams to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management to support business operations.
