About the Givaudan Apprenticeship 2025
Givaudan is on the search for applicants who would like to obtain practical work exposure in a professional setting based in their Engineering Department. The Givaudan Apprenticeship will provide essential administrative support to the Engineering and Maintenance teams. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals eager to grow and shape their careers in a dynamic environment. You will be required to deliver the outputs below:
- Process purchase requests using SRM and SAP, ensuring timely submission and tracking of purchase orders until completion
- Manage job cards by creating them as needed, closing completed tasks, and reporting any discrepancies or issues recorded
- Organize and digitize important documents through proper filing and scanning for efficient record-keeping and easy access
- Update and maintain various spreadsheets with accurate data to support engineering and maintenance operations
- Oversee contractor management by issuing permits and ensuring that work areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized
- Assist with contacting suppliers to request and obtain quotes when necessary for engineering or maintenance tasks
- Provide support in executing tasks within one of the Engineering or Maintenance departments as required
- Maintain up-to-date records of drawings, manuals, standard operating procedures, and other essential technical documents
- Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports when needed to support data-driven decision-making
- Plan and schedule maintenance and repair work across the site to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime
- Participate in failure analysis by identifying root causes of equipment failures and recommending improvements to enhance reliability
- Assist in maintaining a continual work schedule that ensures all company properties provide safe and healthy working conditions for employees.
The successful applicants will be entitled to a stipend.
