The FlySafair Job Vacancy as Customer Service Agent will require you to directly report to the Manager: Base Airport. The vacancy is currently based at OR Tambo International Airport, Cape Town International Airport, & Bram Fischer International Airport (Bloemfontein).

As Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

  • Provide assistance to passengers with regard to the purchase of tickets, the making of reservations, and the alteration of flights, including the explanation of applicable rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and processes
  • Provide professional Customer service at all times
  • Take responsibility for any flight delays or cancellations
  • Address any complaints in a professional and timeous manner
  • The handling and protection of sensitive information
  • Escalate any problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty.
