About the FLSmidth Welder Apprenticeship 2021
FLSmidth is offering apprenticeship opportunities for South African individuals in Delmas and eMalahleni who wish to become qualified and experienced Welders. The FLSmidth Welder Apprenticeship is offering two (2) positions in Delmas and two (2) positions in eMalahleni. As an apprentice, you will be tasked with tasks and duties that gives provides you a better understanding of the career path and practical exposure into the industry’s working culture. You will interact with fellow colleagues and receive a chance to work in different cultures and get yours hands on various challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Possesses a legitimate Matric Certificate with the subjects of Mathematics and Science
  • Has an N2/M3 Theory with relevant subjects in the field of Welding or anything relevant
  • Has an NCV Level 4 in the trades mentioned above
  • Displays prior working experience within a technical environment (advantageous)
  • Shows impressive interpersonal communication abilities
  • Can read drawings correctly.
