About the Flash Call Centre Agent Learnership 2022-2023
Flash is offering a 14-month learnership programme for South African youths looking to develop their skills as Call Centre Agent within a professional setting. The Flash Call Centre Agent Learnership is a programme that offers full-time employment (fixed-term programmes) under a learnership agreement. Throughout the programme, you will be asked to participate in both structured classroom training and practical workplace activities.

As a learner, you will be required to develop these skills below:

  • Acquaint yourself with Call Center clients and their requirements
  • Customers should be provided with true and accurate information
  • Obtain and process information that is directly pertinent to a Call Center environment
  • Participating productively as a member of a diverse team
  • Employ call center operations to carry out daily operations.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be entitled to an NQF Level 3 qualification in the Contact Centre field.

Eligibility Criteria
