Fermel Millwright is offering a learnership programme for South African candidates who are interested in obtaining new knowledge in the Millwright field. Obtaining the Fermel Millwright Learnership is an exceptional opportunity that will provide you with the fundamentals of this industry. A defined curriculum will be followed during the duration of the program, which will include both theoretical examinations and practical working sessions that will take place in a real-world workplace context. As you work your way towards a certification, you will be encouraged to make significant progress under the supervision of expert training providers.

The Fermel Millwright Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

• Possesses a Grade 12 qualification
• Officially recognized as a citizen of South Africa
• Has a Matric qualification with the subjects of Maths and Science
• Has an N3 Millwright qualification with the subjects of: Engineering Science, Industrial Electronics, Maths and Electrical Trade Theory & Fitting and Machining
• Communicates well with other team members
• Has the necessary people skills
• Prepared to work under pressure.
