The FEM (Federated Employers Mutual Assurance Company) Claims Internship is offering a 12-month internship opportunity within its Claims Department at the Cape Town branch. The programme is designed for interns to gain practical workplace experience while developing their administrative and professional skills in a claims-related environment.
Successful interns will assist with various claims administration duties and follow up with employers, employees, medical service providers, and other relevant stakeholders to obtain outstanding reports and supporting documentation. They will also provide general administrative assistance to the Claims Department and contribute to the smooth and efficient handling of day-to-day claims processes.
