About the Feltex Finance Graduate Traineeship 2026
Feltex is seeking for candidates who would like to obtain proper training in the Finance department with their graduate traineeship. • Provide support with stock take planning and preparation activities
• Participate in and assist with monthly stock take processes
• Support the processing and administration of creditor payments
• Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of creditors’ accounts
• Coordinate office printer-related tasks, including maintenance requests, toner orders, and other routine support requirements
• Maintain organised filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of financial and administrative documents
• Prepare and support the compilation of inventory reports to ensure accurate stock monitoring and record-keeping
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of manual dispatch note reports, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Support month-end reporting activities by compiling financial and operational data within required reporting timelines
• Provide general administrative and financial support in response to departmental requests and operational requirements.
