About the Fedics Internship 2025
Fedics is on the search for applicants who would like to receive practical work exposure through their internship focusing on the Talent and Resourcing field. The Fedics Internship is currently seeking a Talent and Resourcing Intern to assist with clerical and administrative tasks within the Corporate HR office. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field while supporting the daily operations of the department.
You will be required to perform the duties below as well:
- Review resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for available positions within the company
- Arrange interviews with candidates who have been shortlisted
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Keep the Careers portal up to date with current job vacancies
- Remove job postings from job boards and social media once the positions have been filled
- Draft and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
- Address staff inquiries related to HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related issues
- Provide general support to the Talent and Resourcing Department in its daily operations.
