Fancourt is searching for candidates who would like to obtain an employment opportunity as a professional and capable Nail Technician in the hospitality industry. The Fancourt Nail Technician position seeks a professionally qualified individual with proven experience in performing manicures and pedicures, including hand and foot massage techniques. The candidate must hold a recognized Nail Technology Certificate, with specific training in UV-cured brush-on gel applications, sculptured gel overlays and tips, acrylic overlays and tips, or an equivalent accredited qualification.

Additional certification in callus removal treatments, such as Medi-Heel, as well as paraffin treatments, buffing, and soak-off services, would be considered a strong advantage. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience working in a hotel spa setting or within a five-star luxury environment, where exceptional service standards are required.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

• Deliver a range of specialised hand, foot, and nail treatments to guests and members
• Provide professional homecare advice and actively promote retail health and beauty products
• Carry out reception duties when required, including booking appointments, making reminder calls, responding to emails, managing follow-up requests, and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Encourage repeat visits by building strong client relationships and promoting return appointments at the spa

• Complete cash-up procedures at the end of each shift when required
