About the Exxaro Multi Purpose Operator Learnership 2022-2023
Exxaro is providing a unique learnership opportunity for youths within the Delmas area who are interested in learning how to become a Multi Purposes Operator. The Exxaro Multi Purpose Operator Learnership, which is funded by Leeuwpan Mine, will take place at Leeuwpan Coal Mine. Selected applicants will be required to enter a compulsory contract directly with Exxaro for a total duration of 12 months, which also includes performance based training sessions.

Throughout the course of the program, you will be required to follow a well-organized curriculum that includes both theoretical tests and practical working sessions that are carried out in an environment that simulates a real-world business. As you make your way toward a certification, you will be provided with the direction and assistance of trained professionals who will urge you to demonstrate enormous progress.

Eligibility Criteria

• Does not need any prior working experience
• Candidates must be unemployed.
