ERWAT is an establishment that has been providing bulk wastewater transportation and treatment to thousands of businesses and more than 3.5 million individuals over the course of three decades. On a daily basis, it operates 19 wastewater treatment facilities, which discharge between 700 and 1000 megalitres of wastewater per day, which includes both domestic and industrial wastewater. ERWAT (Ekurhuleni Water Care Company) is offering three (3) bursary positions for bright-minded South African students with impressive academic talents. The ERWAT (Ekurhuleni Water Care Company) Bursaries is an all-inclusive programme that welcomes people of all different backgrounds.

At the moment, the ERWAT (Ekurhuleni Water Care Company) Bursaries is available for the following fields:

  • Electrical Engineering X1
  • Chemical Engineering or Water Care X1
  • Analytical Chemistry or Biotechnology or Microbiology X1

As an awardee, you will get all of the assistance you need to complete your academic degree or certificate program successfully. If you have consistently achieved high academic results while also demonstrating excellent traits as a student, you are strongly urged to apply for this position.

Awardees of the bursaries will be entitled to financial aid that will cover your tuition expenses, accommodation costs, prescribed study materials, and a monthly allowance.

  • Preference is offered to candidates who are residing within the Ekurhuleni municipality.
