About the Epiroc Millwright Apprenticeship 2025
Epiroc is seeking for individuals who would like to obtain experience and practical skills in a professional setting through their Millwright apprenticeship. The Epiroc Millwright Apprenticeship offers a hands-on pathway for individuals eager to build a career in a practical, technical field as an artisan. This program blends theoretical learning with real-world experience, providing apprentices with the skills and expertise needed to become seasoned professionals.

You will also be expected to deliver the following output:

  • Complete all on-site and off-site training as outlined in the Apprentice Programme
  • Meet the required training hours at both the worksite and training center, in accordance with merSETA regulations
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially health and safety regulations
  • Perform tasks with care, diligence, and a strong commitment to safety
  • Actively participate in regular training sessions and development reviews with mentors, experienced artisans, team leaders, and HR
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, based on your skills and capabilities
  • Approach all tasks with enthusiasm and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Take ownership of your progress, ensuring you successfully complete the Apprentice Programme within the required timeframe
  • Gain experience by working in various production departments or other relevant areas when needed.
