- Transfer product from bulk storage to designated locations, depending on the pump testing schedule or bagging requirements
- Support the setup and testing of Stopex Emulsion pumps by helping with both the preparation and operational phases
- Make sure pumps are properly connected and completely filled before use
- Clean both the pumps and the surrounding work area after the task is complete to maintain hygiene and safety
- Follow the complete operational process whenever the product is required, from setup to delivery
- Regularly check and confirm that there is sufficient stock available in the P100 storage area
- Assemble and prepare boxes needed for packaging the product
- Set up and connect the filling pump to the Ferrit car to begin the filling process
- Fill bags with emulsion, ensuring each bag meets the correct weight specifications
- Stack and palletize the required number of boxes as per quantity needs
- Make sure the palletized products are safely transported to the magazine storage area
- When not assigned to C2 or D, assist the magazine team with moving and loading palletized products as needed.
