  • Submit finalized rates for integration into internal systems and platforms
  • Review and confirm loaded rate data to ensure all billing processes are accurate and error-free
  • Conduct initial invoice audits to detect and resolve discrepancies before final billing
  • Maintain up-to-date customer contact records within the Interloc system to ensure seamless communication
  • Deliver introductory guidance and training to clients on how to navigate and use the Interloc portal
  • Alert the Finance department when new accounts are activated to facilitate billing setup and account linking
  • Inform the Operations team about new clients and their specific service needs to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Track and analyze new client spending during their first three months to assess engagement and identify growth opportunities.
