The role requires flexibility, as you’ll be working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Shift times are as follows:

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Your working days will be scheduled on a roster, and this includes weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays).

You will be required to perform the duties below:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, informative, and efficient service to customers looking to rent vehicles. Guide them through available options, pricing, and additional services like waivers. Ensure that every customer leaves satisfied and with all their questions answered.
• Reservation Management: Take charge of booking vehicles, confirming details, and coordinating seamless pick-up and drop-off schedules. Ensure customers’ needs are met, and reservations are accurately processed.
• Vehicle Inspections: Perform detailed inspections of vehicles both before and after rentals, documenting any damages, noting fuel levels, and ensuring cars are ready for the next rental.
• Rental Agreements: Draft rental contracts, explain terms and conditions clearly, and collect necessary documentation, including driver’s licenses and payment information.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, questions, or complaints quickly and professionally. If needed, escalate issues to management and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

General Duties as Car Rental Agents

• Assist customers with rental inquiries, reservations, and vehicle selections

• Verify customer eligibility, including driver’s licenses and payment methods
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns

• Ensure vehicles are properly prepared, cleaned, and ready for the next rental
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to report any mechanical issues or required servicing
• Follow company policies and safety regulations to maintain compliance
