About the DVT Learnership 2021-2022
DVT is offering a learnership programme to talented South African youths who wish to improve their working knowledge and practical skills in a career path. The DVT Learnership is a wonderful opportunity for individuals to receive a stronger understanding of their desired line of work. At the same time, you will be entitled to an NQF registered qualification upon successful completion of the MICT SETA accredited learnership programme. The maximum exposure to a real-time company setting will not only enrich your potential, but it will also transform you into an ideal asset in the future job market.

The DVT Learnership is currently opening up two programmes for IT Systems Development and Finance Bookkeeping. Throughout the learnership, you will be coached by professional training providers who have much experience in their workplace. These mentors are industry leaders that have accomplished various achievements during the span of their careers.

The DVT Learnership will consist of two parts. The first year of the learnership will be spent pursuing after your NQF Level 5 qualification. Meanwhile, the next 12 months will be spent chasing after your NQF Level 6 qualification (Diploma). Once you have graduated from the learnership, there will be consideration for an internship programme at DVT.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in the DVT Learnership must fulfill the programme’s eligibility criteria. Each of these items will determine whether you will make a successful candidate or not. • Does not own a tertiary qualification
• Displays strong academic track record
• Shows passion for the IT/Finance department
