The successful candidate will assist with loading and unloading goods, handling materials and equipment, maintaining work areas, and supporting warehouse or operational teams with day-to-day activities. In addition, the role requires following company procedures, adhering to health and safety standards, and completing any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and high service standards.

You will be required to deliver the following outputs:

• Receive daily work instructions from the Warehouse Supervisor regarding which trucks are scheduled for unloading
• Safely unload and de-stack pallets while ensuring the correct pallet configuration and product quantities are maintained
• Arrange and stack pallets according to the correct batch numbers and expiry dates to support accurate stock rotation
• Inspect incoming goods for visible damage and promptly report any damaged items to the Inbound Checker
• Ensure all hand-packed or hand-built stock is securely shrink-wrapped to maintain product stability during storage and transport
• Maintain high housekeeping standards by keeping work areas clean, organized, and free from potential hazards
• Provide additional support across warehouse operations whenever required to help meet operational demands and business objectives.

General Responsibilities as General Worker

• Perform general warehouse and operational duties as assigned
• Load, unload, sort, and move goods safely and efficiently
• Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching stock
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations
• Support inventory checks and stock control activities when required
• Operate equipment and tools safely after receiving appropriate training
• Assist team members to ensure daily operational targets are achieved
• Report damaged goods, equipment faults, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timeframes
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors or management.
