The DataOrbis Design Graduate Programme is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join its team. This entry-level, graduate position is structured to help candidates develop strong foundational skills in commercial design, brand execution, and reporting, offering hands-on experience in a professional environment.

In this role, the Junior Designer works closely with the Ti and Smollan Marketing teams, contributing to the creation of high-quality visual content across reports, digital platforms, and internal communications. The position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience, participate in impactful projects, and build expertise in design while supporting the organization’s branding and marketing initiatives.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

  • Design engaging and visually appealing client and internal reports in Google Slides, ensuring they are clear and aligned with the brand
  • Coordinate transitions and formatting between Google Slides and PowerPoint for seamless cross-platform presentations
  • Implement and maintain consistent templates, styles, and layouts across all design outputs
  • Produce marketing materials such as one-pagers, brochures, white papers, and infographics
  • Assist with the design, updates, and visual consistency of the Ti website and social media channels
  • Create quick-turn, on-brand assets using Canva and other relevant design tools
  • Capture and edit field photographs and short-form video content for social media and presentations
  • Organize and maintain the Ti image library, ensuring proper categorization for easy access
  • Support basic video editing, animations, and motion graphics projects
  • Respond to ad-hoc design requests from the Smollan Marketing team
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all business units and communication channels
