About the Consol Glass – Mechanician Traineeship 2021
Consol Glass is offering a Mechanician Traineeship to bright South African individuals who would like to master their potential under a glassware company. Selected trainees are required to report to the programme’s location in Consol Glass’s Wadeville Factory, in which you will directly report to the Cold-End Foreman. - Carrying out maintenance on Cold End Equipment to prevent further errors
- Checking the conditions of Cold End Equipment on a regular basis
- Setting up automatic inspection of any changes in the job during normal production
- Tending to minor breakdowns in the equipment and reporting major issues to the designated Foreman
- Challenging the inspection equipment with “reject/test samples”
- Tending to the housekeeping duties in the company by following established safety standards
- Following all of the regulations (Food safety, Quality systems, Safety) implemented in the working area.
