About the Compass Consulting – Pharmacy Assistant Level 3 Learnership 2021-2022
Compass Consulting is offering Pharmacy Assistant Level 3 Learnership programmes to qualifying learners who wish to build a career in the pharmaceutical field. The Compass Consulting – Pharmacy Assistant Level 3 Learnership is designed to provide the necessary theoretical training that will better prepare participants for future pharmacies. During the programme, learners will be recognized under the South African Pharmacy Council. Learners will be given training sessions held by the Basic Pharmacy Assistant Course.

Please be kindly informed that the Compass Consulting – Pharmacy Assistant Level 3 Learnership will take place over the course of 12 months. The learnership will officially commence on 1 February 2021. Learners must be willing to participate in the programme, which will be conducted in Gauteng. Learners will be given a monthly allowance of R3 000 to support their journey. However, this amount will not increase and will stay the same throughout the entire 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates of the Compass Consulting – Pharmacy Assistant Level 3 Learnership will need to fulfill the eligibility criteria that comes with the programme. The selection committee will be assessing their candidates on a fair basis. It is important that you meet everyone of these requirements to make sure your applications advance later on. The Compass Consulting – Pharmacy Assistant Level 3 Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as listed below:

• Officially recognized as a citizen of South Africa
• Between 18-35 years old at the time of applications
• Currently not employed by a company
• Owns a Grade 11 certificate (preference will be offered to Matric holders)
• Recognized as a Previously Disadvantaged Individual
• Be willing to relocate to Gauteng during the learnership programme.
