About the College of Cape Town Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing Support Learnership 2025
College of Cape Town is seeking candidates to participate in their fully-funded Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support learnership programmes. The College of Cape Town Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing Support Learnership is opening up an opportunity for candidates whose interests revolve around the field of Information Technology. The total duration of the learnership is 1 year, which consists of 6 months of assessments at the College of Cape Town, Gardens Campus, and 6 months in industry (workplace experience).
You will follow a structured curriculum for the duration of the College of Cape Town’s Learnership in Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support, which combines theoretical assessments and hands-on training sessions held in actual business settings. As you proceed toward a qualification, you will be urged to demonstrate significant progress under the direction of qualified training providers.
Eligibility Criteria
First and foremost, you must familiarize yourself with the College of Cape Town Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing Support Learnership’s eligibility standards. - They must NOT be enrolled in any educational institution (or have any outstanding fees owed to the College of Cape Town)
- Applicants need to possess at least a Grade 10 pass or an equivalent qualification of NQF Level 2 or higher
- Basic computer skills are required from the applicants
- Applicants should be capable of commuting to the Gardens Skills Centre five days a week from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm.
