About the College of Cape Town Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing Support Learnership 2023
College of Cape Town is seeking candidates to participate in their fully-funded Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support learnership programmes. The College of Cape Town Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing Support Learnership is opening up X30 positions for candidates whose interests revolve around the field of Information Technology. The total duration of the learnership is 1 year, which consists of 6 months of assessments at the College of Cape Town, Gardens Campus, and 6 months in industry (workplace experience).
You will follow a structured curriculum for the duration of the College of Cape Town’s Learnership in Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support, which combines theoretical assessments and hands-on training sessions held in actual business settings. As you proceed toward a qualification, you will be urged to demonstrate significant progress under the direction of qualified training providers.
The College of Cape Town Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing Support Learnership will officially commence on 16 January 2023.
