About the Capita Call Centre Learnership 2022-2023
Capita Call Centre is offering a learnership programme for unemployed citizens who are keen on building their career paths in the Contact Centre department. The Capita Call Centre Learnership is a 12-month programme provides classrooma assessments and hands-on training, as well as value on-the-job experience. By the time you finish your Learnership, you will be awarded a NQF Level 3 qualification that has been tailored expressly for the BPO industry, as well as practical experience obtained in a multinational BPO.
