About the Brenntag Quality and Regulatory Learnership 2025
Brenntag is seeking for individuals who would like to obtain theoretical knowlege and practical skills through a learnership in the Quality and Regulatory field. The Brenntag Quality and Regulatory Learnership is a two-month structured program designed to equip unemployed individuals, with a particular focus on those living with disabilities, with valuable training and hands-on work experience. This learnership covers key disciplines such as Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Business Administration, Freight Handling, and Stores & Warehousing.
Participants will gain practical exposure to real workplace environments, allowing them to develop essential skills that enhance their employability and career prospects. Beyond technical training, the program fosters professional growth by introducing learners to industry standards, workplace dynamics, and problem-solving strategies. Additionally, the initiative aligns with Brenntag SA’s commitment to workforce development by preparing participants for long-term career opportunities while supporting the company’s operational objectives.
You will be required to deliver the following outputs:
- Participate in theoretical classes throughout the 12-month program and achieve competency
- Successfully complete the required NQF level (4 or 5) qualifications
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to carry out tasks assigned by the Line Manager
- Fulfill assigned responsibilities to contribute to business goals
- Take on overtime duties when necessary
- Follow company policies and Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
