- Help transport reconciliation clerks with the process of reconciling fuel deliveries across different systems
- Ensure compliance with document management and storage procedures where necessary
- Collaborate with transport supervisors and trainers to coach bulk vehicle operators (BVOs) on the use of OVCs
- Address transport stock queries promptly and efficiently
- Support the transport contract controller in managing the performance of transport contractors.
