About the Bosch Graduate Traineeship 2026
Bosch is on the search for applicants in need of further training as a former graduate in the Customer Supply Chain department with their traineeship programme. The Bosch Graduate Traineeship seeks a recently qualified graduate to participate in a structured mentorship program focused on Customer Supply Chain Consultancy within the Mobility Aftermarket division. The selected candidate will receive guidance, training, and practical exposure in the following areas:
- Coordinate the processing of customer orders, including capturing, monitoring, and following up on local and export orders
- Respond efficiently to customer enquiries and provide timely assistance with all service requests
- Track outstanding back orders and compile regular progress and status updates
- Perform automotive telesales activities to support customer engagement and sales objectives
- Provide first-level assistance with basic technical enquiries related to parts availability
- Oversee product return procedures and facilitate the processing of customer credit claims
- Assist the sales and marketing teams in executing promotional campaigns and related activities
- Maintain accurate customer and order records, including the management of electronic order transactions
- Resolve technical enquiries by interpreting part numbers and providing appropriate information
- Provide administrative support to Supply Chain Consultants to ensure efficient daily operations
- Obtain and communicate Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation for all successfully completed orders.
