About the BMW Yes4Youth Programme 2025
BMW is on the search for applicants who would like to obtain new skills and abilities in developing their future career path through their Yes4Youth programme. The BMW Yes4Youth Programme represents a strong commitment to tackling youth unemployment in South Africa through a collaborative and impactful approach. This initiative aims to equip young people with the necessary skills and experience to excel in the workforce. By offering participants the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience, the program helps them build confidence and competence in their chosen fields, paving the way for future career opportunities. This carefully designed program will span 12 months, running from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Over the course of the year, participants will immerse themselves in real-world work environments, where they will receive valuable exposure to industry practices and enhance their employability.   • Have completed your studies
  • Have never participated in a Y4Y program before
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Willing to be based in either one of these locations:
    • Midrand Campus, Johannesburg
    • Plant in Rosslyn, Pretoria
    • Menlyn (BMW IT HUB), Pretoria
