You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Record and process financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Support the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compile and maintain financial reports, records, and spreadsheets for ongoing analysis and reporting
- Contribute to month-end financial closing activities and related processes
- Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements while ensuring compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures
- Provide support with taxation matters and general finance administration tasks
- Safeguard the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all financial information
- Undertake additional finance-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
