Blue Label Telecoms is opening their doors for applicants keen on retrieving theoretical knowledge and practical skills as a future Regional Administrator. The Blue Label Telecoms Regional Administrator Learnership plays a key role in supporting the Regional Manager by delivering essential administrative and operational assistance. This position focuses on maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records, managing stock levels, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring smooth and effective communication across teams. By handling these critical tasks, the Regional Administrator helps drive the efficiency of daily operations and provides valuable support for informed decision-making within the region.
You will also be required to perform the duties below:
- Gather and update daily promotional and sales feedback from Team Leaders and field Representatives
- Send the Weekly Connections Report to all Team Leaders via WhatsApp
- Organize connection data in descending order by Team Leader for easier tracking and visibility
- Combine sales information collected from control sheets and WhatsApp group submissions
- Check that all required fields are filled in and confirm that feedback has been approved by the Representative
- Share the updated RICA Reports with Team Leaders through their WhatsApp groups
- Deliver daily Activations Reports, sorted by Team Leader, to the appropriate recipients
- Make sure all Team Leaders and their agents submit weekly stock data without fail
- Verify that each agent has recorded all 50 allocated starter packs correctly
- Confirm airtime values and transaction dates, ensuring Representatives have signed off on the information
- Upload signed Stock Handover Notes to SharePoint without delay
- Cross-reference received stock with the stock order sheets provided by the Stock Controller
- Arrange the return of stock from terminated agents and ensure only the assigned agent signs for their inventory
- Check that monthly stock orders include only agents who are currently active
- Inform relevant stakeholders (e.g., Chris and Lesedi) about any agents who have absconded or become inactive
- Log number change requests for agents and Team Leaders using the Jira system
- Upload accurate weekly stock count reports to SharePoint in a timely manner
- Send AOD (Acknowledgement of Debt) requests directly to the assigned finance contact
- Ensure Serial Number Stock Sheets submitted daily by Team Leaders are complete and consistent.
