About the BLC Entertainment Television and Film Production Learnership 2025
BLC Entertainment is seeking for candidates who are keen on obtaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills within the television and film production field. BLC Entertainment, in collaboration with MICT SETA, is excited to offer a 12-month Learnership Programme in Television and Film Production, registered at NQF Level 5. This opportunity is designed specifically for unemployed youth who are passionate about pursuing a career in the vibrant world of TV and film. As a fully accredited programme, it aims to equip you with both the technical skills and creative insight needed to thrive in the industry. Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of R2,500 to support them throughout the duration of the programme.
During the course of the year, participants will follow a carefully structured learning journey that blends classroom-based theory with hands-on experience in a professional work environment. You’ll be placed in real-world company settings where you can apply what you learn in practice, gaining firsthand industry exposure. With the support of qualified and experienced training providers, you’ll be guided through each stage of the programme and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally as you work toward earning your qualification. This is more than just training—it’s a stepping stone into a dynamic and competitive field.
