About the BKB (Atlanta Sugar) Merchandiser Learnership 2021-2022
BKB (Atlanta Sugar) is offering a Merchandiser Learnership for young individuals who wish to develop a deeper understanding of a sugar packing company. The BKB (Atlanta Sugar) Merchandiser Learnership is an ideal opportunity for people who have yet to receive any prior working experience beforehand. During the learnership, you will work your way through the programme by undertaking its theoretical assessments followed by practical working sessions in a real-time business culture. There will be training providers to help you along the way in case you require further assistance to get on track.
The BKB (Atlanta Sugar) Merchandiser Learnership is based in several different locations, such as Joburg, Pretoria North, Pretoria West, Springs, and Rustenburg. The learnership will take place for 12 months. Selected learners are expected to fully commit to the total duration of the programme. As a learners, you will need to attend two class sessions every month, followed by on-the-job training sessions as a Merchandiser. You will be learning by working in different wholesalers and welcomed into a working culture. Learners will be given a monthly stipen throughout the programme to support their journey. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be entitled to a National Certificate: W&R Visual Merchandising NQF3 (63409).

- Officially recognized as a citizen of South Africa
- Unemployed during the time of learnership
- Between 18-29 years old
- Possesses a Grade 12/Matric qualification
- Prepared to endure retail working hours (Monday-Saturday)
- Recognized as an EE candidate
- Be a legitimate resident in these following areas:
- Joburg (Evaton, Crown Mines, Roodepoort, CBD)
- Marble Hall
- Mabophane (North of Pretoria)
- Pretoria West

- Displays impressive communication abilities
- Can organize their time in an efficient manner.
